We believe the systems we all live and work in were designed to produce inequitable outcomes.

These systems are unable to meet the needs of those furthest from justice and fundamentally keep us from realizing our collective human capacity for healing.

We specialize in conflict transformation, social justice, and data-driven organizational change management rooted in an anti-racist and anti-oppression structural analysis. Our approach is grounded in an intersectional understanding of how systems of racism and other oppressions operate throughout all levels of individual psychology; interpersonal relationships and interactions; organizational policies, practices and norms; and social structures and institutions. In our approach, we consider how systemic and structural burdens often create unequal experiences for communities and organizations, and we work with our clients to alleviate these structural burdens to make room for more sustainable and equitable relationships and organizations. We believe that at the heart of any good process is collaboration. Our collaborative group processes are designed intentionally to facilitate deep dialogue and gather valuable feedback, encouraging healing, transformation, and action.

Equity is inseparable from every project we work on and every choice we make in the process of our work. We honor and center the voices, experiences, and wisdom of the most historically impacted people living at the intersections of race and class, ability, gender, etc. As a result, we start each project with deep listening to people in these communities to understand how the environment and systems people are exposed to impact those with the least socio-political power and access to resources. We continue this approach in highly interactive, customized training, facilitation, and coaching that blends presentation, facilitated discussion, and supported practice.
